My years of experience at a flagship high volume Apple Store have trained me in Products and Services, Data Migration, Software and Hardware troubleshooting solutions. Working directly with customers, I was able to develop workshops assisting new and transitioning window users to effectively learn the Mac OS in both one to one and group training. My experience in both PCs and Apple computers allowed me to further provide setup and training to small businesses, postproduction facilities and those requiring a cross-platform (Mac/PC) solution for their business operations. I also produced workshops for audio industry professionals on Logic Pro X and Protools software.
